Q. Is there any shipping charges for deliveries within India?

A.  Yes, Apart from certain regions, the shipping charges may apply to various cities.

Q. How will I track my product once it has been shipped?

A. Yes, you would receive an email with the tracking number and courier name. You will be able to track with the respective courier. and also you will get notification via SMS.

Q. what type of payment you accept?

A. We accept all major Debit cards, Credit cards and online banking. Also we provide Cash on Delivery. all payment will be don via secure payment gateway which is 100% safe. 

Q. How do I know that my transaction has been successful?

A. You would receive an order confirmation via email and also in your account section with the corresponding order number for your future reference.

Q. Do you accept payment via other methods?

A. You can choose your preferred payment method in order section while making your purchases. Only given method are acceptable.

Q. What is the normal Shipping and delivery time?

A. Once you have placed order your order will be dispatched on same day or another day and you will receive it with in 4 to 6 days. If your location is difficult to reach it may take up to 10 days.

Q. How do I return a product, if I don’t like it?

A. Apply for return in your account section within 7 days of receiving the product. You may call us and inform us the same.

Q. Can the billing address and shipping address be different?

A. Yes, the billing address and shipping address can be different.
